Replacing the car dealership with some more useful retail would be great!

That parcel between the DVP and Broadview already has quite a few mid-rise condos that I’m sure will benefit from the property value bump. Judging by Streetcar’s previous work, I bet it’ll be done tastefully and in a well-integrated streetscape.
